Yes, all of our heating engineers are fully qualified and are Gas Safe Registered allowing them to work on all gas appliances. Our engineers are OFTEC Trained as well, allowing them to work on all oil boilers and oil appliances. Finally, all our heating engineers have full certification in plumbing and can work on all plumbing systems including pressurised or unvented plumbing systems.

The average time for a boiler service varies and is dependent on age, make, & the current condition of your boiler. As an estimate most boiler services will take around 45 minutes to allow you to make plans.

It is important to ensure your boiler is serviced every year. This will help keep your boiler in warranty, ensure it is efficient, and most importantly ensure it is in safe working order. Having a CO alarm is important and we always ask if you have a CO alarm whilst servicing your boiler. If you do not have one we can provide one at additional cost.
