Step 1: Consultation
Our heating engineers will take the time to visit your property & assess your current boiler. Our engineers will consider the type of heating system you currently have, the size of your property, hot water demands, and your thoughts. It is important to get the boiler size right: if it is oversized, it will prevent the boiler entering condensing mode, the mode were most of the heating savings are made.
Step 2: Boiler Installation
This is the part where you can sit back and watch your new boiler being fitted. Our Gas Safe Registered Engineers & OFTEC Trained Oil Heating Engineers will fit your new gas or oil boiler. Our engineers will remove your old boiler and dispose of it correctly, then adjust the pipework to allow your new boiler installation to be fitted in a tidy and safe manner.
Step 3: Testing
Once your new boiler has been installed our engineers will then 'commission' or test your new boiler and make sure the readings from the boiler are correct. Our engineers will ensure your hot water is working and that your radiators are nice and toasty. Finally, our engineers will ensure that your heating controls are working.
Step 4: Follow-up
Once our engineers have ensured that your new boiler is functioning correctly and you know how to operate it, they will remove all the rubbish and tidy your property. We will register your boiler warranty and be happy to carry out annual servicing. We will always a phone call away if you require any assistance or in the unlikely event you have an issue.

Are your heating engineers on the Gas Safe Register?
Yes, all of our heating engineers are fully qualified and are Gas Safe Registered allowing them to work on all gas appliances. Our engineers are OFTEC Trained as well, allowing them to work on all oil boilers and oil appliances. Finally, all our heating engineers have full certification in plumbing and can work on all plumbing systems including pressurised or unvented plumbing systems.

For most boiler replacements our fitters will be able to fit your new boiler in 1 day. This includes removing your old boiler, making pipework or flue adjustments, and commissioning your new boiler. Our expert fitters are very experienced in boiler installation and replacement. For bigger jobs such as oil to gas conversions the time spent is understandly longer and can be 2-3 days.

There are a few signs to look out for. Most customers will contact us about a broken down boiler that when we visit we find it is old (10-15 years), has had quite a few repairs already, running costs are expensive, it is making strange noises or leaking water, and in generally a poor state. We assess the situation and make a recommendation that we feel that the continued repair costs to an old boiler may be better invested into a new boiler with a no quibbles warranty.

These boilers can come with up to 12 year parts & labour warranties due to our status as Accredited Installer, a recognition of our committment to training and knowledge. We offer Grant and Warmflow oil boilers to customers on oil heating. The boiler we recommend will take into account your heating system, budget, preference, and our expert opinion. However it is a shared decision making process.
